Appointments can be booked online, via phone, email or in-person.
To reserve your appointment, you are required to pay a 50% deposit of the total booking. The deposits will be deducted from the final cost of the service.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid losing the deposit. This would mean that your deposit will be rolled over to your next appointment. Please be advised you would need to reschedule your next appointment within 7 days of cancellation. However, if you do not reschedule, your deposit is completely non-refundable. Please also note that appointments can only be re-scheduled on ONE occasion only.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of the deposit.
Our commitment is to consistently deliver exceptional service, ensuring your satisfaction with each visit. Please note that we do NOT provide refunds for any products or services purchased at our establishment.
Clients are advised to arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment to complete any necessary consultation forms and settle in.
Late 10 min arrivals may result in a shortened treatment. If you're more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
All equipment and treatment areas are thoroughly sanitized between clients.
Hand sanitizers are available throughout the spa.
Clients must inform the staff of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to the treatment via email or phone.
The spa reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe for the client. Service will be denied if there is any head lice.
Due to a serene environment there will be no guests allowed during the treatments.
Children under 12 are not allowed in the spa unless they are receiving a treatment and are accompanied by an adult. Parents/guardians are responsible for the behavior and safety of their children.
Pets are not allowed in the spa premises, except for service animals.
Hair Harmonic is currently not wheelchair accessible. We appreciate your understanding and are working towards improving accessibility in the future. Please contact us for any special accommodations.
